Mattel is a premier toy brand company. They produce, market and sell well known toy brands like Barbie, Fisher-Price, American Girl and Hot Wheels.

Mattel uses Orchestra to manage the outsourcing of application maintenance to India. Within Orchestra the outsourcing process is well defined. Hence, all actors in the process access Orchestra to find task that are assigned to them. Orchestra knows exactly the status of every task and presents its to the right person when an action becomes due. Due to the integration of task management and time tracking, Orchestra generates a dashboard that allows Mattel to optimize its outsourcing process and to track service levels provided by the outsourcer.

e-Val helped FEDEX to comply with the Sarbannes-Oxley (SOX) regulation, introduced in the US for all publicly quoted companies in the US. For IT applications that are in scope of the SOX regulation, E-val offers a development and maintenance process control solution. This allows FEDEX to clearly define and enforce development and maintenance processes of SOX in scope applications. In addition, full audit trails allow effective control of the processes.
