Our Project Managers

 

Þ Provide leadership, project management expertise and direction in all phases of business launch and project implementations of our services.

Þ Follow established structured project implementation methodology to guide administrative, technical and operational delivery of effective business solutions to meet customer needs. Serves as the primary interface between multiple organizations in facilitating/leading, recording status and assessing implementation and project performance.

Þ Lead review and documented assessment of project implementations upon completion.

 

Your skills :

Þ Minimum 3 years experience in a project management role managing multiple projects.

Þ Advanced knowledge of Internet and workflow technologies.

Þ Master standards such as Prince2, ITIL and CMMI (certifications are a plus)

Þ Demonstrated use of project management tools.

Þ Advanced skill in verbal and written communications.

Þ Demonstrated success in interacting/communicating effectively with all levels of management and customers.

Þ Demonstrated knowledge or experience in analysing, interpreting, escalating and troubleshooting.

Þ Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, drive and efficiently manage multiple projects and plans through others.

Þ Demonstrated experience to interpret, identify and restate internal/external customer needs and be able to document stated conversations into meaningful project assignments/tasks.

Þ Lead the development and presentation of Professional Service Automation solutions using standard project methodology.

Þ Proven experience in effectively building, presenting and discussing project methodology with individuals at all levels and various functional responsibilities within an organization. Also be able to fully interpret portions of the standard project templates and define project methodology.

Þ Ability to "facilitate" complex technical processes/discussions with non-technical parties.

Þ Develop an in-depth understanding of Service Chain Management solutions and business practices.

Þ Ability to travel on occasion to support project launch and or process and project assessment.

PROJECT MANAGERS

The position :

We are looking for motivated and creative Software Engineers. Your task will consist of design, development and implementation of state-of-the-art workflow solutions, within our R&D team in Brussels. You will work on our site for one of our customers based in Geneva, Switzerland. We deliver to this customer a workflow application that supports the order entry and order management process. The customer you will work for is active in the telecommunication industry.

 

Your skills:

Þ You master Internet technologies (Java, dhtml, css, xml, ...)

Þ You have an interest in collaborative software and workflow applications

Þ You have a graduate degree or higher in Information Technologies

Þ You are experienced in software engineering, database and networking technologies

Þ You are dynamic and have a problem solving attitude

Þ You are fluent in English and French or Dutch
